About the Authors: Thomas Incledon and Lori GrossTom Incledon is currently a graduate student at the University of Miami, working towards his MD and PhD. His background includes working as an assistant at the Pennsylvania State University Center for Sports Medicine, where he was involved in research on the effects of diet and/or exercise on various endocrine responses and physical performance. He currently serves as Vice-President of Human Performance Specialists, Inc. (a "think-tank" for research in enhancing human performance) and the Director of Sports Nutrition for Optimum Performance Systems, Inc. (a scientifically driven organization that enhances human performance via training and nutrition). He also is a consultant for several top supplement companies. Lori Gross is the President of Human Performance Specialists, Inc. and the Director of Program Development for Gold’s Gym Family Fitness Center of Sunrise, Florida. She is also active as a lecturer and rehabilitation consultant to high school, collegiate, and professional sports teams. Tom and Lori both write articles on training and nutrition for Muscle & Fitness, FLEX, PUMP, Exercise For Men, and Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness.
