A Note from Charles Staley...

When I was recently asked to contribute to Mesomorphosis.com, I went to take a peek, and I was highly impressed by the quality and professionalism of the site! Mesomorphosis is my only Question & Answer column on the internet, so if you'd like my personal input on a question, problem, or current issue, please send a note to staley@mesomorphosis.com, and stay tuned to Mesomorphosis for my response.

The best questions, from a Mesomorphosis point of view, are unique, specific, "real life" questions or problems involving strength & mass development, sports training (including flexibility & endurance development), and anabolic supplementation.

I'm very pleased to provide this service to dedicated athletes, and thank Mesomorphosis for providing me with this opportunity to serve. I am a teacher only if I have students, and I learn best by teaching. I look forward to your questions, and also to the challenge of answering them in a way that allows all of us to learn.
