hi folks

my problem is...making eggs in the morning (even with a microwave) is a pain in the @$$ and my stomach kind of rebells against them...

whats a good alternative in the morning that gives me the same amount of protein? (besides a shake in the morning)
 
Yup...a big bowl of cottage cheese with some strawberries on top is a great way to go when in a hurry...
