EAS sells CLA for 24 dollars a bottle. The bottle lasts 15 days. Thats expensive in my book, 48 dollars a month, plus shipping if you order online. Is it worth it? Is there a better brand that's cheaper? Is it really effective enough to bother with?
 
That Clarinol looks interesting. You will need to take atleast 2 serving a day. I would prefer 3 serving myself. I may try it next. Not a bad price if you buy it in quanity.

Right now, I use Beyond a Century's CLA 70% powder. I get 200grams for $18.00. I put 10 grams in a protein shake after a meal once a day.

Start slow working up to 10 grams though. Can cause stomach upset.
 
I use CLA by ProLab. I buy it a Sport Nutrition Depot, where it is significanlty less expensive than the EAS, for the same quanitity and ingredients. Hope that helps.
