How should a sportspecific weigth training for Waterpolo look?

The programm should improve schwimming performance, eggbeater endurance, throwing power and mass (for combat) .


I am thankful for every idea !

I tougth of using the following:

Hst for upper body mass development or strength endurance training for upper body if enougth mass was gained!
How should this strength endurance training look?

Strength endurance training cycle for legs :
Front Squats
Hyperextension
Legpress
Deadlift

no break between exercises 20 - 50 reps
3 rounds

basketball defence exercise ( I do not know the name, but it improves also the eggbeater)

throwing with a 2kg medicin ball to improve throwing power!

200m sprints with short breaks to improve V02 max and heart muscel!
