No training tonight, had to go to a site today and actually had to do some manual labour, carrying packs of flooring 3.7m long weighing just over 30kgs each around obstacles (ducting etc) and shoulders, traps and back were totally trashed moving the 7 tonne of flooring so decided not to do squats, deads and shrugs tonight, will resume tomorrow on upper body routine B!!

I was going to wait until Xmas to SD but with my schedule for the next week being full with work etc decided to take my SD now and hopefully with training through the Xmas period may help me to not over indulge or at least keep me in check!!
