Don’t be afraid to go 255 to open, depending on warm up equipment availability. 15kg jump is a big one if you’re bracing isn’t on point.

Likewise, 272.5kg is still more than 600lbs and an option if the 2nd lift is only 90-95% happy instead of perfect.

255-265-272.5 would be it for me, based purely on your logging and Instagram.

Usually McGills big 3, done 2-3 times per week. If I have time I'll ad in some planks, deadbugs etc... post workout

Consider bumping it up post-nationals when you’re back on the train. I wish I had an atlas stone to work with.

Yeah I will do.... its just a time thing for me, think I'll do more daily but less volume to make sure I get it in.
