Few colitis issues impacting performance and recovery right now.

Well this was surprising. Everything felt easier and moved faster than yesterday.

Pull-ups; 4x5-bw.

OHP; 5-60kg, 2x5-80kg. Trying to get rest day in on Wednesday’s.

BB hypers; 2x5-100kg. SG feels easier for some reason, and I think that’s due to more glutes and less erectors. Am going to try raising the apparatus off the floor to create a bigger ROM for regular grip.
 
DL; 3-200kg, 1-220kg, 230kg, 240kg. 8x1-252.5kg@9. Slightly off positioning wise, think the bar was a bit close to the shins/my hips not quite back enough, but otherwise good, greatly improved upon last week.

Colitis is still kicking my recovery but managing it ‘ok’. Less overall volume and work done, maintaining the load etc.

Wasted a lot of time setting up longer ROM on hyper, only to find in end up raising the apparatus rather than the barbell. Need to weight it down in future...

Underslept weekend, for some reason the positioning was a bit odd for the two heavy singles. Felt like I had a chance to progress to 270 again. Ah well, still routinely 10kg heavier than a month ago, across the board too.
