Yeah was super easy! @6 puts my e1rm around the 245 mark, could get the wraps tighter too.

Ever tried wraps in a deadlift? I’ve always wondered what happens if you position them a bit higher and have the drop-in kick.

How’s your deadlift looking these days?

Never really thought about deadlift with wraps, I don’t think they would help much, they give the most help in the squat in the hole so I don’t think they would carry over with the deadlift, and the wraps would probably snag on the bar

Yeah deadlift is looking ok, hit a rep PR before Christmas.
