So had to give the gym equipment back as the gym owner is hoping he can re open soon.


Although, still no word when gyms can open in the UK, but from the 4th July, pubs, resteraunts, cinemas, bars, hairdressers can open... but not gyms


But did manage to meet some of the guys at the gym for an outside deadlift party. Dabbled in eqquiped lifting although the suit was to big so I dont think it helped much but did manage to get 300 all the way to lock out from 3" blocks

Slight hitch... but meh... im claming it

I’m going to say the suit added less than a singlet based on how much room you had to do backstroke in that thing ;)
