Roughly, what do you think they give in terms of #s?
Almost nothing, 5kgs at most. I just like the compression and the warmth they provide. The ones I wear training are so old and quite loose now.

I know some people who buy them 2 sizes to small and might get an extra 10kg (maybe) but I really don't think they add much to the lift at all.

With knee wraps done tightly, where I can't even bend my leg when I walk my best squat is 250kg, which is only 25kg more than my best in sleeves.
 
So... Six weeks out (all being well from comp) so will incorporate wraps once per week.

More good news today, lost my job. Apparently the company that I work for is struggling so had to let me go. No redundancy pay either as I've been there less than 2 years. But at least I didn't get the virus with a 99.99% survival rate!

I I have gone from 8 to 4 online clients, lost all my 1-2-1 clients because gyms have been closed, plus people are trying to save money. So that won't pay the bills

Still have the Sainsbury's driving job but it's £9per hour pay. Can't live off that for long. At least I didn't get that "deadly" virus

Not sure if you're a Red Dwarf fan or not, but it's eerily similar to the Wax World episode when Rimmer 'saves' the planet and ends the civil war by melting the entire population into puddles ...

Hopefully the gyms are back soon enough.
 
Not a bad session considering I was feeling the Doms from that set of 15 squats and sets of 10 GMs yesterday. Since widening the Stance for GMs I can really feel the Doms in my glutes

With all the stress going on at the moment going to take this week as a mini deload week. Just feeling a bit beat up and run down. Couple of heavy singles today then the rest of the week will be singles at 80-85% with no back off volume at all
