leg injuries?

over the last three weeks i pulled a calf muscle, a hamstring, and now my knee hurts when i try to squat

i've discontinued all leg exercises until my knee feels better, the other two things are fine

what can i do to keep this from happening again, i heard stretching does not prevent injury

i usually warm up with squatting the bar and i've never had a problem before
 
Stretching will help your joints, and your muscles if they were cold. Warmup sets are advised for big compound exercises like squats. Either the weight was too much or your form was off.
 
how long do you think it will take to recover

i think maybe my form was off on the squat thing, i was trying extra hard to make sure it was perfect, i was only doing 140 lbs.
 
I'm no doctor, and it depends on your age, but a pulled calf may sideline for a week and a half.. hamstring.. not sure, probably more I would guess
