Is it good exercise for chest and back?

Now I'm doing 2 sets of bench press, 2 sets of chins and 2 sets of pullover.

Is it good for mass to do pullover?

Should I do 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of chins instead of?

What do you suggest?

First of all, it is a compound exercise and we mainly recommend those over isolation ones.

It is almost like a forgotten one, as it is not often mentioned, it works the chest as well as the serratus muscles and a few others.

Great allround exercise for chest and lats. Keep doing it. As Fausto says, it's a more or less forgotten exercise.
