need suggestions

Hey guys.. I'm just a few days away from getting back to the gym after a two week SD, but I need some help...

I'm gonna be working out 6 days a week and I would like to use an abbreviated routine of only compounds. I have a fairly high exercise tolerance so I'm looking to have a good amount of volume, but I'd like some suggestions.

My routine was going to be as follows:

Squats 3 sets
Dips 3 sets
Chins 3 sets
Military Press 3 sets

performed 6 days a week that's 18 total sets for each... 72 sets total which I can easily handle, but is it ok to have 18 of each or should there be more emphasis on certain muscle groups than others? Suggestions would be appreciated.. thanks.
 
Throw in deadlifts, but alternate them every other day with the squats. I'm not sure how you feel about your calfs, but I would throw some raises in there.

Yes, larger muscle groups vs smaller ones. But that routine of yours is fine. You can simply add in some extras if you really feel certain muscle groups are lagging. If not, then enjoy the cycle.
 
Wow, a 6 day routine and when do you wanna grow?

Dont spil your quality time and stick on a 3 day workout
