Workout routine

Hi everyone,
I use HST for the first time and this is my exercises routine:
Monday:
Squat
Leg curl
Bench press
Chin-ups
Neck press
Shrugs
Barbell curl
Triceps extension
Calf raises
Sit-ups
Wednesday:
Leg press
Leg curl
Dips
Barbell rows
Lateral raises
Shrugs
Dumbell curl
Pushdown
Calf raises
Sit-ups
Friday:
Same workout as Monday and so on........
For each exercise i do 2 sets.
Is my workout any good or should i change something?
