hi ive been working out for about 6 months! ive been doin backs and bi's (4 sets of each muscle 6-8 reps) , chest and tri's (same), legs and abs (same), and shoulders, traps, and forearms (same). do you think thats good? im 5'7 140 and im 16 years old (im azn too

Welcome to the forum, blah! What you describe, if I'm reading this right, is not HST. I'd suggest that you check out the FAQ section to get familiar with the principles, then ask lots of questions in the forum- there's a lot of us in here who are happy to help!
