What are SLDL?

Hi, I can probably count the number of times I have been to the gym on my hands. I am trying to figure out if SLDL refers to straight or stiff legged dead lifts. According to exrx.net, straight legs works the hamstrings, whereas slightly bent knees (stiff legged) works the glutes. I was hoping to use something that works the hamstrings but in the description of routines in the article section, Bryan uses stiff legged deads. So which is it?
Thanks a bunch,
Qube

I'd really go with the more romanian style SLDL, where the legs are slightly bent and the back never rounds. Rounding may be ok to some, but I just haven't seen enough proof to risk it.

www.stumptuous.com (click on iron then training then gym dork to diva then SLDL) has great pics of the SLDL i'm talking about. that's what DKM was talking about.
