My New Plan

I am going to do:

Chest/Arms/Shoulders 1
Legs/Back
Chest/Arms/Shoulders 2
Running/HIIT

Repeat

Days off will be Yoga

I will not do SD until the gains stop. I will continue cycling 15's, 10's, 5's, and Drop sets and then repeat this with new exercises. Right now, I am gaining back what I lost, I think.

When I hit a brick wall, I'll do SD.
