I'm going to give SD a shot. Spent this week finding 15/10/5 rep max's. Plan to do a 1-week SD. I could use some thoughts about nutrition during the SD cycle.
1)Should I Shoot for maintenance calories, or stick with 200-500 over ?
2) Normal Macros (normal for me that is)?
3) Continue Creatine or deload and reload during 1st week of HST cycle ?
Any other thoughts ?
