Hi,
I'm about to start my first HST cycle but unfortunately, where I live in Canada, purchasing maltodextrine or dextrose off the internet is way too overpriced because of shipping fees. I am looking for a good substitute. Are corn strarch or corn syrup okay? Do you guys know how I'm supposed to tell wether a given kind of corn starch/syrup is high-fructose or regular? I know that I am supposed to go for regular and not high-fructose.
