I'm working with 2-5rm at the moment, for 10 reps.
So what, should I add a burn set to every exercise at the end?
Thanks for the help, Simon
If you do, for example, 3-3-3-1 to get 10 Reps, do you HAVE TO do a metabolic set afterwards?
Very frequent training boosts metabolism really hard. If you want to train that frequent, make sure you eat alot.
You can use more weight on rack deads --> Better for your upper back.
I'm lifting for about 18 Months, and deadlifting since last autumn, started with about 75kg, now I'm on 150kg for 1-2 Reps.
How do you manage your progression?
Up the weights every other day, or once a week?
DC got up from under 150 to 300 over the years, right!?
He doubled his bodyweight. lol :D.
Did I read short workouts?
I do 5 exercises, 30reps per ex.. and I'm in the gym for 2 houres [img].
Thank you very much Jules!!!
Post it post it!!!! :D
Not necessaryly, you could start at 80% of your 1RM after a 9 days SD, like I did, and add 5% every week.
Works good too.
Hum, I'm doing 6x week HST, stretch daily ... am I doing something wrong? ;)
Well, I did 6x2.
My day looked like this: sleeping, workout, eating, cooking, eating, workout, cooking, eating, sleeping....
Weights are going up really fast, the "hard part" is the eating .. I have hard time to eat all the food I should. Maybe I...
well, a 6x hst - dc hybrid for the gymrats would be pretty cool.
But I think that would be a bit too much ;).
First workout today, I did following exercises:
Incline DB Press 20 reps (5Reps cluster) then LS flys 60 sec
