since losing my job, been down physically with a bad bout of cough which left me out of e gym for an entire wk. mentally, been feeling depressed & also not eating enough trying to save $. as a result, i'm down from 63 or 64 kg down to 60kg or 132 ibs. restarting my cycle with some modifications again changed some exercises. not looking for tremendous growth but to get back my lost weight & self esteem.
