A little guidance

Fellow HST'rs,

I'm trying to maximize my workout by getting the most benefit when it comes to sets. As a rule, I try not to rest more than a minute between sets and I use this guideline for the 15's 10's and the 5's. Is there a different rest period for each 2 week cycle, meaning do you tend to rest a bit longer in between sets on the 15's as opposed to 10's or 5's. I don't want to waste to much time resting if that deminishes from the end objective of hypertrophy.

P.S. I'm currently into my 2nd HST cycle in the 1st week 5rm. So if there are improvements that I need to incorporate into my rest periods then I'll do this on the 3rd cycle.

IMHO, in the lighter weights use less rest and when you get to the heavy weight use more. This helps with the purposes behind the 15's, metabolic and the 5' or Negs, strain.
