I'm not sure whether this post is more appropriate in the General Training Forum or in the Nutrition Forum so I'll post it in both. I have the Accu-measure caliper but lost the booklet with the lookup charts in it. Would someone be kind enough to help me lookup my BF% please?
I can't remember what the important parameters were but these are my stats:

this should be all i need.
