Advice from New Yorkers

I'm relocating to NY from MN and will work in Midtown (1120 Ave of the America's). With commutes (we'll probably live somewhere in NJ) and longer working hours, I'm concerned that I won't have time to do my workouts anymore.

On top of everything my wife just had a new baby (5 weeks old). I barely find the time as it is now.

Any HST'ers in NY that can give me some advice?

Where do you work out, how do you fit a 10 hour work day, 3 hour commute and family into your schedule ? I've made such wonderful progress on HST and would hate to see my hard earned muscle (30lbs) waiste away.

Before I started HST, I was 155 lbs, I now weigh in at almost 185 lbs!

Any advice will be hugely appreciated.
