Almost done cycle, but still cutting... What to do?

I think I can forge on for another week or so, but my body is beginning to feel maxed.
I really don't want to start a SD while I'm still cutting down... So what should I do?
Maybe start a cycle of 10's...?
 
The best thing to do is just deload a bit on your 5rm. You should be skipping the 15s and just either the 10s and 5s or even just keep working round about your 5rm. You can occasionally do 3s with a slightly higher load than your 5rm. Its all about cns management while cutting. I generally just hover about my 5rm and do some metabolic work (15rm ish) where you feel you can. I havent properly SDd since the start of the year due to having to cut a fair bit of poundage. If you feel you must SD then eat a bit more for that week.
 
Thanks for the reply. I might take a mini SD, take a few days off and start at the beginning of my 10rm stint.
Do a refeed on my off days...
