I start this thread with my "Orbitrek" elliptical machine. I've welded the legs on it, rebolted the frame, tightened bolts, and now broken a pedal shaft. Checking the web, there is a PLETHORA of complaints against these machines, including injuries from them breaking. CHEAP oriental steel is the culprit again; the reason american welders will only buy stock from Eire. Everyone loves the action of the ellipticals but this one is crap. I'm calling Play it Again Sports and put in a request for something else.
