Everyday Training

I''ve been a bit busy lately but really wanted to get into training again so I've decided to split my 3 workouts per week into 5 and do a little everyday.

This means I don't have to miss a workout if I can't spare the hour a full workout needs.

Here it is

Monday DBell Rows
Tuesday Press ups
Wednesday Bulgarian split squats
Thursday DB Shoulder press
Friday Chin ups and hammer curls

It's early days but I'm enjoying it and doing something everyday does help with motivation.

Any else does something similar.
 
Hi. The problem I can see is that frequency per muscle is too low. Lega are only gwtting hit once a week. This looks more like a bog standard training split tbh.
 
Yeah looks more like you split one workout into five rather than three into five as you stated you did.

Why not do fullbody every day or do upper/lower
 
I train at home through the day and being self employed means everyday is different. In the evenings I'm at the girlfriends, so no equipment and I don't want to pay for gym fees.

Doing something small everyday is the best way to fit something in at the present.

Considering the posts above I might make a change to

Monday Shoulder / Chest / Tris
Tuesday Back / Bis
Wednesday Squats / Hams
Repeat
Sunday off
