  1. I'm thinking I might as well lose some fat. Would really rather focus on getting bigger & stronger, but I lack the resources to eat, sleep, and train for that.

    So...I'm currently 6'2", 32 years old, and 245.5#

two weeks ago I weight 253.5.

I turn 33 in the last week of March. we'll see how much I weigh then...

  2. 1x15x205 squats

    1.7 mile jog
    .3 mile walk

    10 incline situps

Be careful! Losing fat is not the same thing as losing weight. Eight pounds in two weeks might include a goodly chunk of hard-earned muscle.

Remember the tortoise and the hare -- slow but sure wins the day.

    I would agree w/ that.

245 today. haven't so much as broken a sweat today, might go for a run after work but will probably go straight to bed.

Excellent Fear! 460 is a nice lift. You'll soon be back up to 250 after you've enjoyed your winnings! [IMG]
