    Hi new to hst and just wondrring if anyone can help.
    Ive got a multigym at home wich as only certain amount of excercises...can I still have good results with a multigym?
    these are the excercises I can do...
    seated bench press
    preacher curls
    low pully row
    lat front
    lat rear
    tricep pushdowns
    shoulder shrugs
    leg xtentions
    leg curls
    and can also do squats with my free weights..
    can someone pick wich excercises i need to do and how many sets i should do for each...and what should i do for abs...not sure what to choose for the best..

    Hi wez,

    How about starting your 1st cycle with these:

    Squats x 2 sets "rotate" Everyother WO with Leg Ext x 2 sets
    Leg curls x 2 sets
    Bench press x 2 sets
    Low pully row x 2 sets
    Shoulder press x 2 sets
    Shoulder shrugs x 2 sets
    Preacher curls x 1 set
    Tricep pushdowns x 1 set

    Don't hesitate to increase the volume if you feel it's easy to recover.
