Help with diet

Well im at tech school right now for the air force till august 7th. I was plannning on bulking up then cutting down , im around 175 a small gut and stuff around 5'10. But the problem is i have a f'd up schedule. Now i have no stove/grill or anything just a microwave and refrigerator.

MWT i have prt at 830 -945ish am running, pushups, situps, leg lifts stuff like that

M-Fri , breifing sometimes throughout the day before school, theni have school from 3pm - 12am ( i have 10 min break every hour to eat and go to lunch at our dining facility)

now, our dining facility is only open during lunch when im awake and not at school for 2 hours around 1100-1300, they serve crappy food one line is all burgers/fries/cheesesticks , other is somewhat healthy but not really.

I have whey protein, cheap mono creatine (mom hasn't sent my CEE dont think she can find it) and then no xplode.

any body think of a good plan or tips
