hows my 10s routine?

hi, thnx for all the feedback u guys gave me during my 15s.

Now im going to start the 10s and heres my routine

On some exersices i have double increments like incline biceps curl. I have done this or else the first few workouts would overlap the weights in the 15s (zig zagging). I am doing on 1 workout 2 sets and the next workout after that 3 sets with the same weight to cause more microtrauma.

I also have notices in the past that doing 1 sets isnt enough for me, so im working out at 2 and 3 sets?

So ..what do u think of it?

Depends on individual,for me, 1set during 15, 2 sets during 10 and 3 sets during 5 works better for me in terms of gain and recover ability.In my opinion, you have quite a lot of exercise for chest exercise.Retain dips and bench press (or have incline press instead of bench press). http://www.hypertrophy-specific.info/cgi-bin....;t=4610 I suggest you to reread HST FAQ,so you have a better and clearer picture.Anyway, good luck
 
you have 2 vertical pulls,
pulldowns and chins
but no horizontal pulls like
bent-over-rows or low-pulley-rows
one is for thickness and one for width so you should really do both.
