Hows this HST routine?

15/10/5/5/SD scheme.


Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Incline Bench Press
Chins
Bent Rows
Shrugs
Shoulder Press
DB Curls
Skull Crushers
Calf presses
Decline Crunches

Should I drop the DB curls since Im already doing bi's from chins? And also, I want to get bigger triceps so should I change skull crushers with dips or possibly overhead extensions?
 
i would drop the curls and the shrugs,sldl should work you traps ok and you could always do a shrug at the top.
