Hydraulic stepper only goes down

I bought a Mini Steeper a few months ago and just now want to start using it.

It was a display model, the last one at the store, and was assembled. The computer is ok it seems, the display shows.

It's just a very simple unit.

If you lift the steps pedal up it has resistance on the way down. Trouble is it just stays down.....should be coming back up.

What do you speculate is the problem?

Do you have a the instruction manual?? If you do there should be a number to call, they should able to help you.
