hypertrophy question

well i m taking this from the main site, but i'd liek to ask where the regular deadlifts are? I love doing them i don't wanna have to stop doing them!
I would do this MWF and maybe i could do regular deadlifts on tuesday?
Squat 1*10
Stiff leg deads 2*10

Barbell Bench 2*10
Inc. DB bench 1*10

Chins 2*10
Rows 2*10

Military Press 1*10
Lateral raise 1*10(only once a week)
Rear Delt 1*10 (only once a week)

DB curls 2*10

Tri. Extension 2*10

Calfs 2*10

abs 2*10
i would still rather do dips than triceps extensions.. is that ok?
 
Do what you enjoy...dont get too scientific.

Thats the fun part of a hobby you do it b/c you love it!

So hey if you like doing them do them and do them good.

Alternate the deadlift with the squat, Monday and Friday squat and deadlift on Wed.

You wrote you loved deadlifts; just curious, what kind of weight are you pulling?
