I came in with a 2 lbs lean gain and 2 lb fat loss for the 2 weeks.

I am using mybodycomp.com so who knows about the lean gain but I did lose 1 1/2 inches off the gut so I am happy!

I will now start the 10's. I am going with one set of 10 and one set of 5 for each exercise to keep the volume steady. i am finding the repeated weight for the side lats and rear lat DB work to be a pin but we will see how it feels tomorrow.

How long should I rest between the set of 10 and the set of 5.

Going good so far. The maxes I set are not my maxes now I could have done more on many exercises friday and that was great.
