Uhn, those plates seem to be made out of cheese... uhnm... cheese.... yum
 
If that's true you could lift it for your workout and immediately after that eat it. Now how does that sound?

A true bulking program.
Back in the woods I had made my first bench out of 4x4's and had some pulleys bolted to the rafters in my cabin...a few steel 3" hydraulic rams of different lengths for curls and rear presses...cinderblocks with ropes...all kinds of garbage but not the right knowledge to make it work well. The real garbage was in my head.
