SQUATS - DAY 1,3,5
LEG CURL - DAYS 2,4,6
BENCH - DAYS 1,3,5
DIPS - DAYS 2,4,6
SHOULDER PRESS - ALL DAYS
LAT PULL DOWN - 1,3,5
SEATED ROW - 2,4,6
INCLINE CURLS - 1,3,5
REVERSE CURLS - 2,4,6
DIPS (TRIS) - 1,3,5
KICKBACKS - 2,4,6
SHRUGS - ALL DAYS

I think you got the message, lokks good, hitting all areas nicely and alternating correctly! :D

Now, work on getting all the maximums, and setting up your weight tragets for each scheme, SD the last time after working all this out and...voi-la you on HST.

Top this up with good eating habits, protein, carbs and fats in their right proportions, sleep a good eight hours p/day, slap in some cardio on off days at least twice a week.
