Just wanted to to double check with anyone that could tell me- in the 2 weeks of 5's/neg is the aim to build up to the 2RM weight (like every other week), or just use the same weight for the 2 weeks. If it is using the same weight each work out i can imagine that will be a very hard 2 weeks.

Personally, I'm incrementing still... Right now, I'm working past my 5RM by the same increments I've been using, and I plan to work up to my 2 RM, using cluster sets once it becomes necessary.
It's working pretty well for me so far.

I think you could use the same weight for that 2 weeks, but I believe you would get a better response if you keep progressively loading.
 
Cheers mate, i thought that progressivly loading would be the best option, since thats what you have done in the previous weeks...makes sense.

Do you use negs on the exercises you can or just stick to keeping the weight going up (or both?)
