Okay been reading awhile on this type of training and I am going to give it a go. My plan is to do an a/b split of upper/lower 6 days a week. doing a slight bodycomp change and trying to work around a few injuries as well.
Start @ 78% of 15 rm then proceed to up 5% every workout till #6 which should be a 103% effort.

Workout A

Bench press 2x15
Snatch-grip high pulls 2x15
standing military press 2x15
spider curls 2x15
skullcrushers 2x15


Workout

Sqaut 2x15
Rack pulls 2x15
calf press 2x50
wrist curls 2x15
following exercies I will add reps slowly per week.
ab wheel 2x10
Hyperextensions 2x15


Thats the plan first workout is tomorrow.
