I've recently read a Bangsbo/Michelsen book, where they write about how first training hard for 12 weeks to get a maximum amount of FTa fibers, from both ST and FTx, should be followed by a rest period of 14 weeks, when the make up will be in a greater ratio in favor of the FTx, even after the training is again started. This will mean greater explosive strength, and bigger muscles in the long run? Zack
