Let's say you have won a year supply of any 5 nutritional supplements you want. What would you choose?

Legal Supps

Whey
Casein
Fish Oil
Creatine
Ephedrine

I'd actually choose the same stuff Dan did. The whole list.

Why? You in the running to win something?

I respect people's opinions around here quite a bit. Just wanted to see if there was anything new under the sun, especially from the egg heads (sorry Dan, it's an endearing term to me).

I use:
Whey
Creatine
Fish Oil

Nothing else right now, but I'm thinking about ephedrine/caffiene for my cut.

I think if you do go the EC route for your cut, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I used it this year and it was rather amazing.

for the last several months of cutting:

1) Whey powder
2) Multi-vitamin with BCAAs
3) EFAs
4) Potassium/Magnesium/Sodium (especially when severely restricting calories)
5) Creatine
6) Ephedrine & Caffeine (for fat loss).

If I was bulking instead of cutting, I would drop 4 & 6.

Since I feeling kinda ornery (or rather arrnree in Texan)

If bulking why not drop 2 as well. If bulking more than likely you are getting more than sufficent micro and macros, and the BCAA content of food is going to be more than sufficient to cover BCAA needs.

And while I'm at it, even when dieting the BCAAs might not be needed depending on the type of dieting performed. Especially if supp'ng with Whey already.

I thought about this for about a total of 30 seconds before, but I worry enough about my heart... no need to add fuel to the fire.

Supplements for a year???

Molecularly distilled fish oil
Protein Powder
Vitamins C, B6, B12
Folic Acid
