Title says it all. Since we all eat, it doesn't hurt to swap recipes that can liven up a meal, I mean I personally had to do something, I got tired of just plain ole broiled chicken. We could even post the nutrient values.

Sure, I'd like to have a recipe thread.

But since my ability to cook is nonexistent, the only recipes that I could possibly contribute would be for stuff like macaroni & cheese, tuna sandwiches, Progresso soup, and a few other things.

I would really appreciate some easy, tasty, and nutritious recipes, and I'm sure there are a lot of others on the board who would appreciate them as well.

I have a recipe for a student-shake (very cheap), it tastes very good also. Maybe there is to much fat in it for people who want to lose weight.

- 3 cups of milk
- 2 bananas
- 2 spoons of vanilla icecream (you can use yoghurt also)
- 2 spoons of peanutbutter
