Any generous souls here willing to share their full upper body workout Iroutine?
I don't have anyone to help me and reading web sites that suggest different exercises for different muscles didn't help me in putting together a workout program.
It doesn't have to be sophisticated.. I am planning to build the torso.
If you have some kind of excel spreadsheet or word .doc, I would really appreciate if you could share your exercise routine.
I am a beginner. 6"0, 167 pounds.

PM me an email address. I have all 21 of my HST workouts on Excel and will send you a sampling. As a starter though, how many times per day and days per week do you intend to work out? And don't overlook your diet. It as at least, if not more, important than your workout routine.
