Thanks for the shout-out! :o) I've been carefully executing my diet and my training. I dont eat any junk, but i ensure that I get "enough" calories over maintenance so that I can grow. I've moved...
Looking forward to reading this, Totz! If anyone here can write it, you can!!
Congrats on the new job, Sci! Sounds like a serious "upgrade" all around!!
BAH, everytime I think I have something figured out, I realize I don't.
Looks like I'll be lowing my protein intake and increasing my carbs...

Funny, I always thought that the damper was difficulty, so 10 was the 'hardest'... I realize after reading up on the C2 a bit that it's not quite that straight forward. I'll mess around with it a...

1000m on the rowing machine in 4:01, damper on 10.
Then I did 3, 20-second all-out sprints. Manged to hit the 140m+ mark on 2/3 sprints.
Then 25 minutes walking up hill on the...
GREAT link!! Lyle has forgotten more about training/nutrition than I'll ever know.
Congrats on the bench, Tim! Very impressive!!

Yes, LOL, damper on 10. I "all-out" sprint for 20 seconds and then stop but the "boat" keeps moving for a few more seconds. The "boat" stops moving at about 26 seconds, so my distance of ~135...

5 20-second sprints on the rowing machine, ~135m each.

Spent a "restful" day running around with my kids and cleaning the house for mother's day.

Thanks, LoL, I know you're right... I suppose I am my own biggest critic... I'm trying to not let the mirror bug me. I suppse what I'm going to do is continue to train as hard as possible and just...

Just cardio today.

Thanks guys! Things seem to really be coming together!
Today was another good day in the gym, I hit all of my numbers AND I attempted a hard workout with a pretty serious carb reduction. Just...

It will be interesting to see how those extra carbs translate into your workout. Because I've been on a "bulk" since July I can't even fathom trying to workout hard on a calorie deficit. There are...

You probably just had a slightly off day, Sci (340x5, x2 is NOT a bad day). Also, since your job taxes your lower back, you'll likely have greater variance from workout to workout due to back...

Tallied up my food from yesterday... wow, I definitely ate like a horse (for me anyway). My estimates were a bit off, but this time, I under-estimated. I usually over-estimate, though I suppose all...

I work my tiny calves every workout and make no progress... genetics *sigh
Could have just been a bad day considering you just progressed to 207.5 and last time you rocked 207.5 was after you were up on your calories a bit so you likely have a bit more giddy-up in your...
That is a ridiculous session of deadlifting!
Lol, do you feel as though you're back to 100% after your sardine incident?
Also, I feel like I never have a good workout when my sleep is off. That said, you sure are moving around a lot of...
