Hi all...im new to hst and just wondrring if anyone can help.
Ive got a multigym at home wich as only certain amount of excercises...can I still have good results with a multigym?
these are the excercises I can do...
seated bench press
low pully row
and can also do squats with my free weights..
can someone pick wich excercises i need to do and how many sets i should do for each...and what should i do for abs...not sure what to choose for the best..
