I would like to transition my workout from machines to some free weights? Any general or specific suggestions?
I'm thinking:
Machines
========
leg press
leg curls
cable row
chins & dips (weight assisted)
tris (cable pull downs)
Free Weights
==========
bench
delts (rear)
shrugs
bis
Can someone suggest a good rear delt exercise? I'm basically looking at the sample and seeing which ones I can do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Lying rear lateral raise or Rear lateral raise.
With the first option there is almost no chance to cheat
