I am confused about Intermittent Fasting regimes.

In the various forms of IF - e.g. "The Warrior Diet", "The Fast-5 Diet", and "Leangains" diet - are the fasts done every day of the week?
I am doing HST training 3 days per week (usually Mon/Wed/Fri) - usually in the evenings. My problem is that surely I should be feeding and not fasting immediately after and also in the mornings after my training sessions.
- Any advice?
P.S. I am also wondering about the impact of time of day on fasting.
e.g. If I do the Leangains version, may I fast at both ends of the day?
(e.g. stop eating at 7PM, start eating at 11AM) ?
And if so, how different should my diet be in response to training days?
...And what happens if I dont finish training until 8:30PM - I am seriously supposed to fast until 11AM the next day?(!)
