Anyway, I have a question for my second cycle: you're supposed to get a real lactic acid-burn in your 15's week. If I don't reach this with 15 reps on the first few workouts, should I do more then 15 reps until I do feel the burn?
You can. Just add a second set if necessary.

    Deadlift - 635 lbs

OK, but can I extend the current set as well? I guess so, until I reach form/speed failure right?

You can also vary the tempo of the set, start off slow and then speed up as you start to feel the burn, the idea is to get the lactic acid to build up

Extending the set is another option but I prefer adding sets. You don't want to get too much fatigue build up. You don't want no fatigue either, you have to get just enough but not too much.
