IMO it's not a good idea to do a full body routine 6 days a week. Your mucles grow on your off days and if are constantly tearing down muscle fiber you are not giving them time to be reapired, thus grow. If you wanna do a 6 day a week rotuine you should probably do divide your workout into two...
I might be wrong on this but canned tuna has little to no fat. The little fat that is in it are omega-3's which are great. Try fresh tuna or salmon if you want more omega-3's.
Also, if you are working out then you need a lot more calories then a sedentary person. You need even MORE...
1. Have a sweet potato, not a white potato. A sweet potato has a lot lower GI than a white potato. Also, oats and pearled barley are great complex carbs.
2. Tuna has les fat. Sardines also have a ton of salt. IMO tuna is a better choice. If you get sick of it have some canned chicken.

It takes 5 min max to make a nice salad. It takes a lot longer to cook some chicken breasts on the grill. Eat your veggies is my point...they are full of nutrients and are a great carb source. Plus, they taste dang good.
I'm guessing you are coming off a cutting cycle. I had the bloating feeling problem too when I was increasing mu calories. It gets a little getting used to and yes, it's uncomfortable. But after a while you WILL get used to eating more...just tough it out for like a week or so. :)
You gotta expierment and find out what works best for your body. It may take a couple different combos of things to see what you respond best to. For me post wo I take apx. 55g of carbs and 30g of protein. Pre workout is usually a small snack for me cus I'm in class, but it is 20g carbs 15g...
Seems to me like you are eating too many carbs and not enough protein. Try for a 40/40/20 macro split. BTW, when most people eat they look/feel a lil bloated...I know I do. It's mostly in your head.
I'm just curious...do you carry a huge milk jug around with you at the gym?And doesn't the milk get kinda warm and nasty after a while? I dunno how you don't puke...more power to ya i guess.
I tracked my food intake for about 2 weeks just to actually see how much of everything I was eating. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to keep track of every day but you should give it a shot for like a week or so. That way you can get macros down.
I did a little more research and I think it's ok to combine the two.

All I know is with the combo of drinking extra liquid for creatine intake and caffiene(minimal) from iced tea, I am peeing like a racehorse. I guess caffiene...
